Orders under £50 within the UK
  • £3.50 – Arrives via Royal Mail’s First Class or Tracked 48 Service

Orders £50 and over within the UK

  • Free standard shipping – arrives by Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service
  • Typical delivery time 2-3 working days

  • Please order before 2:45 pm for dispatch the same day. All orders after 2:45 pm will be dispatched the next working day
Next day delivery:
  • Weight-based charge for next day delivery via Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service (next day delivery NOT guaranteed for Saturday deliveries).
  • Guaranteed delivery time 1 working day except for Saturday delivery, which is not guaranteed

RETURNS

In the unlikely event that we supply goods that are deemed faulty, we will exchange them or refund your payment if they have been purchased directly from us. Please contact us as soon as possible to report any issues. This does not affect your statutory rights

CANCELLATION

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulation applicable from 2014, you are entitled to notify us of your intent to return unused and unopened products within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned within 28 days from receipt. The consumer is responsible for return costs.

When returning an item(s), all parts, pieces, barcode labels and tags must be in their original unopened packaging, in order to be eligible for a refund. Therefore, items returned with ripped tags are not entitled to a full refund as they cannot be resold. Cosmetics are exempt from right to return if opened or sampled, due to the perishable and hygienic nature of the goods. If unsure whether you would like to keep the goods, please do not open and sample as this invalidates your right to refund.

We strongly recommend that returns are sent by Recorded Delivery or some other means of tracked delivery system.

Once we receive the goods in saleable condition, a full refund for the cost and shipping of goods will be made to your credit/debit card.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

Processing time for returns may take up to 10 working days from the time the return is received.

Please note that only products purchased online from www.zaoessenceofnature.co.uk  will be accepted for return.
