  • Free Delivery – Arrives via Royal Mail’s Tracked Service

Next day delivery:

  • £7.50 charge for next day delivery via UPS courier on weekdays or Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service on Saturdays
  • Typical delivery time 2-3 working days

Orders under £25 to Republic of Ireland
  • £4.50 – Arrives via Royal Mail’s Standard Airmail service

Orders £25-£60 to Republic of Ireland

  • £6.50 – Arrives via Royal Mail’s Standard Airmail Service

Orders £60+ to Republic of Ireland

  • £9.50 – Arrives via Royal Mail’s Priority Tracked Airmail Service
  • Typical delivery time for standard airmail is 3-7 working days
  • Typical delivery time for Tracked priority airmail is 3-5 working days. Pplease note there is no guaranteed delivery times for Tracked airmail. If you require items very urgently, please contact us to enquire about courier prices.


In the unlikely event that we supply goods that are faulty, we will exchange them or refund your payment if they have been purchased directly from us. Please contact us as soon as possible to report receipt of faulty goods. This does not affect your statutory rights


Under the Consumer Contracts Regulation applicable from 2014, you are entitled to notify us of your intent to return unused and unopened products within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned within 28 days from receipt. The consumer is responsible for return costs.

When returning an item(s), all parts, pieces, barcode labels and tags must be in their original unopened packaging, in order to be eligible for a refund. Therefore items returned with ripped tags are not entitled to a full refund. Cosmetics are exempt from right to return if opened or sampled, due to the perishable and hygienic nature of the goods. If unsure whether you would like to keep the goods, please do not open and sample as this invalidates your right to refund.

We strongly recommend that returns are sent by Recorded Delivery or some other means of tracked delivery system.

Once we receive the goods in saleable condition, a full refund for the cost and shipping of goods will be made to your credit/debit card.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

Processing time for returns may take up to 10 working days from the time the return is received.

Please note that only products purchased online from will be accepted for return; we cannot except any other exchanges.
